Q: [Why are you working in Romania?]
A: (Daniel) I was born there and I lived there for more than 23 years. I have visited every corner of the country and have taken notice of needs from all areas.
Q: [Is all the Money Donated Used to Help the Poor?]
A: All donations go to help the poorest families, individuals and communities affected by flood or drought
Q: [Why are you building a Community Centre?]
A: The North East of the country is the poorest area. That is why we decided to do something there. This is especially important after the waves of floods back in 2005. The Community Centre is multifunctional. There is a big hall that can be used for church meetings, community meetings, weddings etc. Also inside this Community Centre, the poorest families have free access to family doctors, surgeon, physiotherapy rooms, pharmacy, etc. At the Centre are rooms for Child Care and kindergarten.
Q: [What other Projects do you have Planned?]
A: After the Community Centre is finished we will start to rebuild and renovate the houses that were destroyed or damaged by floods and also renovate the schools or other buildings affected by flood. We want to start a project for small isolated villages that do not have drinking water and electricity, and to connect these villages to those facilities. Also at those small villages we want to help them to have their own farms (cows for milk and meat, pigs, chickens, ducks, vegetables etc), to provide food for families. The North East of the country was badly affected by drought and floods over the years, and that is why we are concentrating on that area.
